Below an AM are T3 Process Assistants and T1 associates. Above the AM are Operations Managers and Senior Ops managers. Ops Managers manage an entire department, so they're directly in charge of the AMs. Ops Managers report directly to senior Ops. Senior Ops reports directly to the GM. I'm trying to understand how a fulfillment center is structured.
What are the departments in each fulfillment center?
Does each department have a head?
I know there are area managers, do they work across departments or are they their own department?
