I've got a bit of a situation here and I could use some guidance. So, I used to work at the Amazon JFK8 site in Staten Island, NY, but I got the boot. Long story short, it was mostly my fault for not showing up on time, not following some attendance rules, and failing to provide the right paperwork for a Leave of Absence (LOA). As a last resort, I tried filing for an appeal however that didn't pan out. Now, I could only wait and reapply. The problem is, there are no job openings right now, and who knows when they'll pop up again.

I remember there's someone in the HR department who helped me out when I was still on the job, but I can't log into my Amazon A to Z app to get their contact info. I'm wondering if there's some sort of online directory where I can find the contact info for my old bosses and coworkers from JFK8, Staten Island, NY.

I'm ready to make things right and show them I can be a good employee. It doesn't necessary has to be getting back to work at my old job title. I'm open to whatever position is available. The only preference I have is to get my job back at the JFK8 site located in Staten Island. I'm even willing to take any necessary training or probation if that's what it takes.

Also if anyone who is more knowledgeable as to what options can i partake to increase my chances of getting rehired rather then go through the whole hiring process again.
