Finally, the (US) military can pretty much just use your software however they want and deny any requests in court for reasons of national security. The reason military is prohibited from using lumberyard is likely that Amazon is not THAT confident the thing won't suddenly break.

August 10, 2022 - Just recently, AWS has updated its terms of service and well, the usual. What you can and cannot do, but the funny thing is point 42.10, which in a nutshell, says that they prohibit the use of their Lumberyard services in case of a zombie apocalypse.
