October 12, 2021 - I'm guessing that it's also compatible with VR and speech recognition, which makes it a good free development engine. If the engine malfunctions, a lawyer could try to pin liability on Amazon. This clause means that Amazon is saying that "it's not rated for those purposes, use a different engine". The zombie part looks like a fun, hidden joke that allows the software to be used in event of a zombie apocalypse as zombies jokes go back pretty far in gaming.

Amazon Hides a Zombie-Outbreak Reference in New Terms of Service. Hilarious.
February 11, 2016 - Charming as it is, clauses like this one don’t actually encourage us to read the terms of service. Instead they mostly work to make a joke of our failure to do so. A few publications that have reported on the zombie clause have taken the story as an opportunity to point out other, less sexy, details from the document. Ars Technica’s Kyle Orland, for example, notes that the engine collects information about where, how, and when it gets put to work.
