Press the subscribe button and check off that you are using the prime sub then just press subscribe with prime. (This is for the browser version of twitch, cant use the prime sub on the app)

I was just able to subscribe using my twitch prime sub by going to subs.twitch.tv then searching the account I wanted to sub to and then I could find the check box to use the prime sub. Not sure if there’s an easier way or if they’ve purposefully made it more difficult to use. I’ve never had this much trouble before and you can’t use your prime sub on the app, at least from what I’ve seen.

If you are an Amazon Prime member, you already have a Prime Gaming account. Because Amazon owns Twitch, your Prime Gaming account includes 1 free subscription you can use on any Twitch streamer. A nice perk of subscribing to a particular channel is you get to view it ad-free. Plus you open up any subscriber benefits the channel might offer (sub-only chat, emojis, etc.).
