So I get to my movie today right at show time but unfortunately the theater is locked up and dark. Turns out it has no power. Ok, fine, I'll cancel my A-list ticket and go to a nearby theater.
Nope. Can't do that now because it just past showtime.
Now I'm lickeded out of buying another ticket for just over 2 hours so no next showing for me at the theater closest and I've got to wait 4 hours, plus I'll get a no show strike.
I tried the app but that says to use Facebook messenger or Twitter. So I tried Facebook which connects me to a bot, which basically says too bad. Then says wr can have someone email you in 4 business hours, which means Monday.
I'd like to call them soon so I cam book a new tix and see the next showing.
So, does anyone have a phone number for AMC?
