I have the saaaaaame question hahaha I’ve been lurking on Poshmark and eBay for years now trying to find them second hand. I’ve had some luck on both! More so Poshmark than eBay. Love the artist flares so much and I’ve recently lost a bunch of weight so can’t fit any of my old ones anymore. Can be hard finding the xl inseam but they do exist! More on reddit.com

They also offer free in-store hemming within 30 days of purchase if a shorter length is needed (raw hem or sewn). BKE Billie flares -[high rise/slim fit through hip and thigh] or Andi flares [mid rise/slim fit through hip and thigh] are the closest.
