For some reason, I can't log in to my American Express savings account since they combined the logins for their credit cards and high-yield savings accounts last year. They were not able to get my accounts to sync properly, so they let me keep using the old HYSA password. But since then, they've taken away important tools from that old login, like the ability to move money between accounts. I've been talking to their login support team on a daily basis for more than two months. I've even talked to support managers who said they would fix the problem themselves, but I still don't have full control over my money. I tried to escalate the issue, but customer service on the phone told me they only have a few choices. AMEX's lack of growth and general lack of skill has been very frustrating. Do you have any ideas on how to take this further?

Can I log in to multiple American Express accounts from one device?
Last year AMEX credit card and HY Savings Account decided to merge their account logins. However, they could not get mine to work. So they allowed me to use the legacy HYSA login. Since then, they have deleted some of the feature of the HYSA logins, such as the ability to transfer. I have been on the phone regularly with their login support team for over 2 months now, including conversations with support managers who promised that they will personally get the issue resolved, and so far they still have not been able to fix the issue where I have full control of my funds. I tried to escalate but, according to the phone support team, there are limited options. Any recommendations on escalating this issue? The level of incompetency shown by AMEX in this case is pretty shocking
I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I click on "log in" for my American Express Savings Account, nothing happens. The page just reloads itself and it doesn't forward me to the prompt where I can input my Username and Password.
I'm honestly not sure what I can do.
I got a 390 error regarding my Amex Personal Savings, which was still using password authorization (and came up separately from my CC and checking). I reset my Amex connection, which now allowed me to select my savings account along with both of the others when authorizing, but the savings no longer shows up on the account list.
I've just opened an AmEx high yield savings account, in addition to my already present AmEx credit card. I use the same login for both. However, when I'm on YNAB I can't add the savings account from my current login information and when I try to add an account from the listing for AmEx Savings on YNAB my login information isn't accepted. Has anybody had success connecting in this situation?
