I'm New to iPad; but not iOS macOS or even. For the life of me can't figure out why Chrome doesn't have a settings menu/screen, yet the iPhone does? Am I missing something? There are like no config options in the OS settings either.

Settings shows in Chrome for me. But, it didn’t look that way at first. When I click the right-side 3 dots menu, settings is down at the bottom of a list but it didn’t look like a list. Had to scroll/swipe down.

I need to change Chrome's output device, the net says go to settings then advanced settings.
When I go to settings, there are no advanced settings buttons, not on the bar, not at the bottom of the page.
When I google how to get to it, I can't find anything that has remotely the same UI as my Chrome here in 2022.
