It is available for sale at about $135. Is there any other MagSafe charger that charges the new iPhone at a faster rate?
Hi everyone.
I thought I shared my experience with this gadget, as I am taking a lot of pleasure using it. I hope this is helpful for some of you. There are many options for 3 in 1 available and I know it’s difficult to chose.
All in all it is a small jewel and it looks and feels great. I have it for a month now but zero issues so far.
The only thing I could imagine would be nice as a future improvement might be an additional usb-c out port to also charge an iPad but you can use its cable to do that separately.
It’s for sure on if my favorite gadgets.
Advantages:
-
Versatility: I can charge my phone, watch, and wireless headphones without any issues, all from a single device. 15W, 5W, 5W
-
Compact: Made of dark grey metal, it fits perfectly on a desk as well as on a nightstand, taking up very little space. It's also perfect for traveling although it's a bit heavy. I think it weighs around 400g.
-
Efficient: Devices charge quickly without getting hot, only the Apple Watch Ultra does not charge at the maximum speed of 7.5W.
It also comes with a 30W charger and cable included, with adapters for the EU, UK that easily install over the US base.
Disadvantages:
-
Price: It is expensive, but I consider it worth it for the quality and convenience it offers, if it also proves to be resilient in the long term.
-
The watch charger: could have been made more solid, it's the only component I handle carefully, fearing I might break or bend it. It hasn't caused me any problems but seems to be the only aspect where Anker hasn't made things perfect.

I finally got my Anker 3 in 1 Cube with MagSafe. This thing has been sold out basically since its release. I made a short video talking a bit about it if anyone is interested. Long story short, I really like it!

Is the anker cube worth the price ?
Just received my new Anker cube directly from Anker, after a 1 month wait. Since it’s a fully licensed MagSafe product (not just MagSafe compatible), I went to Settings to see its listing. iPhone Settings reports it as “Anker 3-in 1 Cube with MangSafe” and Manufacturer as “Luxshare Precision Limitred”.
3-in 1? MangSafe? Limitred?
Mildly annoying typos for a $150 device! Anyone else seeing this? If I were buying 3rd party, I would be suspicious I was looking at a clone. I bought this straight from the Anker website.
Edit: The above (and picture in the comments) were obtained right out of the box. I then used it to charge my phone overnight, and now Settings -> About doesn't even show the Anker under the MagSafe field. I know the Apple MagSafe quietly updates when connected, so I'm guessing something updated during the night. But shouldn't I still see the Anker as a proper MagSafe device in the About settings?
Today, at my job, we had this awesome 3-in-1 magsafe cube sitting on the shelf. Brand new, I gravitated to it quickly and immediately wanted. I looked online to see if it was on Ankers website, Instagram, anywhere... And it was NOWHERE. Google pulls up nothing lol. Only thing I can think is maybe we put it on the shelf too early???
Comes with 30w adapter, usb c to c charger and has a nice rubber footing to not slide around. Anyway, I bought it and wanted to share. Hefty $149 price point but it's amazing and we'll worth it. Here's pics of it as well https://imgur.com/a/paTaLJE
Hello,
It's my first day in Tokyo and I'm losing my mind with all the cables that I got to. Any suggestions for a 3-in-1 charger?
I found a shop here that has options like Anker MagGo 3-in-1, Anker Cube, Belkin, etc.
Thanks!
I recently bought the Anker 3-in-1 Cube from Costco, and I believe it’s the Qi2 version. I’ve been using it to charge my iPhone 13 and AirPods Pro 2.
Initially, the charging starts fine, but after about an hour, things get weird. The charging keeps stopping and starting. I can hear the chime from my iPhone and AirPods repeatedly playing as the charging starts and stops—it’s quite frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this with the Anker 3-in-1 Cube? Is this normal behavior for this charger, or could it be a defect? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Daughter is getting a new iPhone 16 and was looking for a 3 in 1 that is not qi2 and noticed the anker cube and otterbox are MagSafe chargers.
I like the the look of the otterbox more but looking to get feedback (it’s the newer otterbox 15w)
I am waiting for my new iPhone 15 Pro Max to arrive and have been thinking about getting the 3-in-1 Magsafe cube as it seems like an excellent charger for both the nightstand at home and for taking on traveling.
I have been reading that Qi2 is coming and that a new wave of devices and chargers supporting the standard are already on the way.
Can this be a reason to avoid buying the cube right now and better wait for a possible refresh on the Anker line supporting Qi2? Or this isn't going to offer me anything above what the actual cube offers?
In addition to the iPhone I will be charging an Apple Watch Series 7.
Hi all
New to magsafe and have been away from iphone for over 5 years, so I'm still re-learning. I've seen a lot of talk about how magsafe doesn't actually stick well on the naked phone, and you need a case to give it some grip. My husband doesn't use a case, but I also want to try the Anker Cube for charging his phone and airpods and my watch. So, can anyone tell me, if he needs to lift the phone charging spot to charge airpods, will the magsafe on a naked phone be strong enough to hold it? Or should I find him a flat pad style charger instead? And while we're at it, is it really that difficult to get it to line up properly on a Qi charging type pad? I've seen lots of complaints that the phone can't charge as well because people can't line it up easily.
Thanks!
I don’t know where you heard this but the naked iPhone with MagSafe charges fine, there’s no issues
MagSafe on naked phone holds fine. I also have the Anker cube and it holds my 14PM fine when the charging pad is lifted. Side note the cube is super convenient to charge my phone air pods and watch all at the same time 👍
Should I get the Ku Xiu or Anker model?

It's a cool product, and I'd love to put one in my travel bag, but I can't understand why something like this is more than $75, on the generous end. $60 feels about right.
The beer-can-looking one is $40 at Target and Best Buy. It's basically this without the Watch charger.
Anyone having MagSafe charging reliability issues with the anker 3-in-1 cube?
Just got the 3-in-1 cube…splurged because it answers all my charging needs in a convenient cube for traveling.
Everything works except MagSafe charger…sometimes. The first time, it worked ok, charged to 100% and kept it there.
The second time, I stuck it on and nothing. Took off my case, and then it began charging. But when I came back an hour or so later, it stopped charging around 75%.
Re-plugged the cube, and got it to work again (without the case).
Went along my day again, at night put my 10% charged phone on the charger (with case) and it began charging. This time it stopped at 50%
Should I RMA?
I typically charge my phone with an anker 3-in-1 power wave with Qi, with no issues with my smartish MagSafe case. But it’s rigid form factor is annoying to travel with hence my splurge on the cube.
I use a MagSafe charger in the car with the case, no issues there.
Tried another phone, same unreliable behavior.
It’s charging my AirPods Pro and watch with no issues.
So I’m experimenting with using different power adapters for the cube so when I go to my parents house, I don’t need to unplug the anker power adapter and can just take the cube with me. However, I’m now using an old Amazon basics 12w usb 2.0 power adapter with a usb 2.0 to usb C cable and the anker cube is flashing orange light. It charges my Apple Watch fine but my AirPods and iPhone won’t charge. I tried just having the MagSafe iPhone on the cube without AirPods or watch and it won’t charge. Only thing charging is the watch. Anyone know if the issue is the cable, the power adapter, or the anker cube?
Hey! Have any of you ever had issues with overheating of Anker Cube 3 in 1? I’m considering buying it but my biggest concern is damaging my battery with heat. If you had any other issues with this charger, feel free to mention them.
