I got when it was on sale. I like the minimalistic look, but at the same time able to charge all 3 apple products with no issue, feels sturdy too. What I paid for is the brand, the look and feel.

According to Amazon it weighs around 8.8oz, which is less than my combination of a Nitecore 10000 power bank, Anker mini outlet w/ 2 USB-C ports, 2 cables + 1 adaptor, which is around 9.8oz. I'd still need to add one cable + adaptor which will raise the weight to 9.2oz.
So it's slightly lighter, potentially more dependable, and user friendly (I never know if my Nitecore is full!). The main downside is that if there's any damage to the unit, my charger and battery are down instead of just one or the other.
Some reviews said that the Anker doesn't charge fast enough, but I wanted to hear from some actual backpackers with experience on if they think this would be a nice upgrade or not.

I googled it to figure out what you bought. The main issue I can see is that using such a bulky charger when thru hiking, they can often be inconvenient, may not fit on the charger without blocking other ports needed by other thru hikers, or simply fall off a loose wall plug due to weight. It's not the most ideal thru hiking charging system, for yourself or others.

While the brick may not be the fastest charger in the world, it undoubtedly trickle-charges my devices at a steady rate, promising consistent battery at the very least.
