Same problem with my Anker PowerWave Stand 7.5W, impossible to charge and led is blinking in blue ! I think the problem comes from magnet on the back of iPhone 12/Pro. apparently, there is no solution to fix, except to be sure Qi on iPhone is perfectly aligned with one of the coils of Qi charger ... that’s why it works with flat (non stand model) Qi charger and it works too in landscape mode on « Stand » model

November 14, 2019 - Hi there in May 2020 i purchased a Anker Wireless Charger, 10W Max PowerWave Stand Upgraded. All working fine until today. I am using the issued charging cable. The unit is able to hold the charge with the blue light on, but there battery indicator on my phone is not going up!

February 9, 2018 - After spending a few days with this fast wireless charger I am very happy to report Anker has once again produced a very nice product. First let me say that I had a little trouble getting the pad to work at first it would not charge my Samsung Note 8. When you first plug in the pad to the included charger and cable the status light on the pad is supposed to light up for three seconds my pad status light would only turn on for a half a second or so and the pad would not charge my phone.

October 2, 2016 - I have received my PowerWave 7.5 Pad. I was very impressed with the packaging by Anker as always. The product is very nice and the include power line is nice as well. May 22, 2023 - You need to place your devices right in the middle of the charging pad, especially when you are charging multiple devices. A bulky phone case can cause trouble for wireless charging. If you have a phone case that is heavy and wide, you need to take it off before charging. Anker Powerwave wireless charger claims that their charger is phone case friendly.
