You can use them separately, 'and' and 'also'.
You can also use 'as well as', 'along with', 'together with', 'plus', and etc. These are usually used in the middle of the sentences.
There are some that are used at the very beginning of the sentence that is followed by a comma (,) as a method of transition from one sentence to another such as: 'furthermore', 'moreover', 'additionally', 'besides', and etc. :)
