My wife has some family heirloom furniture. Chest of drawers and a glass and wood display case and a vanity that is all partially stripped. Was originally going to be a project of hers years ago and never happened. She doesn't want to get rid of them due to their sentimental value. They are of decent quality but not collectible or of any particular economic value. So we would like to have them restored to a usable manner and don't know where to start. Thanks.

Edit: The problem for us is that at one point the furniture was painted so we need it stripped before being refinished in natural wood. The Beaver Dam shop is the one place that has a “dip tank” for stripping large pieces.
