Antique" usually indicates that a specific thing (ex: antique vase; my desk is an antique) is old. "Antiquity" is often prefaced by the word "in" and usually refers to a time period (ex: in antiquity, the Etruscans were highly esteemed for their engineering skill; Alexander the Great conquered most of the known world in antiquity).

To be more specific, I'd say that "antiquity" is anything from the Roman Empire or earlier. You also see "of antiquity", e.g. "the wisdom of antiquity".
