What would be a good Car related App?
We have pretty much exactly this in Sweden called AutoButler. Not sure if they expanded to Europe/UK yet.

Non-existent problem. I get plenty of reminders from my service center, plus newer cars like BMWs have in-car reminders. Electric cars have even less maintenance. On top of that I already have notes & reminders on my phone for various things, I don't need one just for the car.
And there are already so many free apps that do this.
I'd suggest find some other app idea.

Hi everyone, I am trying to build an app for car related activities.
I am aware of other apps available, however they are focused on few things only. The app I am thinking of will have all car related things in one app.

Where people can store their own car details and get reminders for MOT, Insurance, Road Tax, as well as store all documents.

Also they can check other car details by adding reg number and compare multiple car details when purchasing cars.

This app will have steps for users to follow when buying and selling cars with links to things to do.
The reason being there are multiple steps to follow when purchasing or selling cars, where you have to navigate between tabs and this app will resolve that and make people life easier, as most people with limited car knowledge thinks it’s long and tedious process to sell or buy cars.
I would love to get your thoughts on it and whether you would install this app. Also, if there are any other features you would like me to include within the app?
As of now it is heavily focused on UK users.

Hi, I am a mobile app developer and I am thinking of developing an app that will keep track of your car mileage by asking it on a weekly basis and ping you once you are near to your Engine Oil replacement date. We can integrate more maintenance dates into the app as well.
For now, I want to know if you will use such an app to keep track of your car maintenance. If you have any suggestions on what kind of features should be included, do let me know :)

I’ve heard similar ideas. Have you looked to see if this already exists?
I personally wouldn’t use it, but that’s because one of my cars keeps track by itself and the other one only gets about 500 miles a year on it.
