I'm actually searching for an app to get a notification history, since my phone doesn't seems to have an in-built one, and I really get stressed over watching a notification appear and dissapear without me being able to read it. Problem I'm having is that all apps seems to ask for a permission that allows them to read and interact with the notifications, which would mean that if a noti has a button to give access to something(Like your Google account), or has sensible data, like an access code, the app would be able to press it/read it, and to give someone access to your accounts, and without you ever knowing all this happened. I don't blame App developers for this, because I'm almost sure that the one at fault is Google for surely making all those privileges into one single permission.
If at this point you believe I'm exaggerating, unluckily I'm not, since all this comes from an hacking attempt I suffered last year where a hacker accessed my Google account, and deleted almost all registers that he accessed and all he did, which almost costed me a lot of money, and I precisely discovered thanks to the notification in my phone to authorize the access, which didn't dissapear when the hacker accessed. This is in part the reason I'm putting a lot of thinking over this topic, and why I'm asking for opinions about which do you think the app that you can trust won't give you any surprise.
