How do I send money with Apple Cash?
To send money with Apple Cash, you’ll need to have a balance or a debit card added to Wallet. If you don’t have one yet, tap the + button in Wallet. In Messages, tap the + button, then select Apple Cash. Enter an amount on the keypad and tap Send. In Wallet, choose your Apple Cash card and tap “Send or Request.” You can select from a list of suggested recipients or simply type in a contact. Enter an amount on the keypad, then tap Send. I have a small amount of Apple Cash balance ($23). I want probably to just apply it regularly to my Apple Card balance due. All the suggestions via web and support basically ask you to click on the card in wallet and then use the black round “PAY” button that should appear next to the balance.

I’ve been using the Apple Card for a year or so now, and I’m curious how does the Apple Cash work? I know that’s where your cash back goes as well you can add money to it from your bank to pay friends/family I’m more curious of how to use it to pay onto the Apple Card or if that’s even a feature. Apple Cash is basically a green dot cash card. You can transfer money to and from it from a bank account instantly. You can use the funds for things like paying AppleCard, or sending (receiving) money to (from) someone via iMessage, or even paying via NFC at say a convenience store . It also collects AppleCards Daily Cash.

Yes… as with most cash back cards, your best bet is to always use it to pay down the card balance - if you use it for purchases, you don’t get more cash back on it.
