Hey everyone! I just saw that Apple Cash is showing up in the wallet App (I’m in the EU (Germany). Since the early betas of WatchOS, the card has been showing up on my watch and now it’s showing in the Wallet app on iPhone with the IOS18.1 release. Is someone else experiencing this ? And no, you can’t configure it because it spits out an error that says that the Apple Pay services are unavailable. Thanks for your feedback!

You should consider it as a glitch. I can’t read German myself but looking at the text below I see words like FDIC and GreenDot. GreenDot is the bank that apple partners with to provide Apple Cash services in the US and FDIC is the federal deposit insurance corp which is a US agency that protects deposits in American banks. This is not relevant to EU customers

As stated does anyone find much use for the Apple Cash Card? Most of my friends use Venmo, and with the Apple Card allowing Daily Cash to go right back into the savings I haven't really seen a use for Apple Cash Card.
Wish it came with a routing number then I would move other bills there...

I wish more people would use it instead of Venmo or Zelle. Zelle especially has been a nightmare of problems for me but the older folks think it’s special bc some banks promote it specifically. Apple could stand to have some better marketing and promotion of its services tbh. I get that they’re in the “luxury “ category but 99% of people I interact with have no clue what Apple Cash is and if I want to be paid that way I have to walk them through setting it up.
