How do I send money with Apple Cash?

I’m not sure if this is out for everyone, people with an Apple Card, or if you need IOS 17.4 Beta 1 to use it. Let me know if anyone else can see it on their end and what their situation is. I did go through the process and the card number shows up exactly like the Apple Card, with rotating CVV/new number request and everything. Would be nice to get a physical card one day!

Recently payed my statement for my Apple Credit Card using Apple Cash. However, when I went to pay the bill, I received a statement when paying Apple Card that service was not available now and payment was not successful. However, when I went to look at my Apple Cash the cash that I had there is gone, my transaction states withdrawal and the amount I applied to my statement, but the money hasn’t applied to my Apple Card despite the cash no longer being there. Do I need to contact someone with Apple Cash? What’s the best call and what should I do?

Never heard of Apple Cash > Apple Card failing, but under the hood, I imagine the transfer is just a standard ACH from Green Dot (Apple Cash) to Goldman Sachs (Apple Card). Both reflect “immediately” to the customer. In an ACH transfer, the recipient bank (Goldman Sachs) may reject the incoming ACH for whatever reason. Normally, the initiating bank (Green Dot) would instantly credit the funding account after the ACH is rejected/returned. I’ve seen quite a few “edge cases” where things slipped through the cracks. Apple Cash Support: (877) 233-8552 would be the first place I’d call to see if they could give you any more information.
