Good day, USB-C community! I have been purchasing used Apple USB-C charging bricks under the notion that they are of a MUCH higher quality than typical third-party chargers (including folks like Anker and Aukey). I have two of the Apple 96w chargers and they seem to work just fine... and I picked them up for a song. I have a colleague that thinks that's the Apple chargers are nothing special and that I'd be much better off purchasing one of the higher-end Anker charging bricks that have multiple ports.
What say you, community?
Now that the iPhone 15 is completely USB-C, which USB-C charging brick is good?
Are you using the official Apple one, Samsung, Anker, Belkin, etc?
What’s the most optimal wattage for a charger for an iPhone 16 Pro? I’ve heard 45W is the max, but is that really the best? I’d be using some high quality 240w Anker cables. Is there really an appreciable difference in charging speed between a 20w and a 45w?
