Ive read up on it and found out this is a scam. Unlikely. Review your purchase history in settings, or go to reportaproblem.apple.com to see charges linked to your Apple ID. If this fails, then you need to contact Apple Support.

Given that it’s not listed on their website I’m gonna say it’s fake. Contact Apple for support and service. How did you come across the number? Got a pop up on one of your devices stating you got hacked?
