Although it's not listed anywhere on the site, [email protected] is a valid email address - but it simply sends an automatic email back, and the address is not monitored.
You're better off with the many support options listed on their support site: http://www.apple.com/support/contact/
Answer from René on Stack ExchangeIs there any way to contact Apple by e-mail or a more specific mailing address than 1 Infinite Loop Plaza?
Is anyone here an actual Apple employee or Mac genius?
Hey guys, my local apple store are giving me trouble with the iphone 5 replacement program (Where I live they are giving out completely new phones rather than replace the batteries for some reason).
My phone is one of those effected which is verifiable via serial number, but because I had the battery replaced at a third party place they say no dice and cant help me because they would be footing the bill for a tampered device.
I get that 100%.
But I want to try and contact Apple directly because really what difference does it make? The battery I got was absurdly bad, it lasted for less than an hour under just moderate use. The warranty was expired and I just had it fixed like a normal human being. Especially considering the fact that the replacement program admits that I recieved a faulty device and are giving out entirely new phones.
What they are doing is an act of good will towards customers, I get that, its charity. But I feel like this isnt really in the spirit of what they are trying to do and I think its worth sending an email....but I cant find one anywhere. Do they not have an international support email or something?
