You can reschedule your Genius Bar Appointment easily on PC or Mac from your confirmation email in a few easy steps. Scroll down to the Repair reservations section and click on manage my reservations. On the What happens next page you need to click on reschedule your reservation. From here you’ll see 2 buttons that allow you to either cancel or reschedule your appointment.
How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment on iPhone/iPad?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment on iPhone or iPad easily from the Apple Store App. Once you’re in the app, just click on your profile icon in the upper right screen. From here, you can select “My Reservations” and cancel or reschedule your appointment.
What If I’m late for my Genius Bar appointment?
Most likely they won’t wait for you if there’s another person scheduled after you or someone waiting for their “walk-in” appointment. However, you still keep your priority but you’ll be expected to wait until the first available time.

For scheduling an appointment, only the next available time is present. I had to talk with support to get another time.

If a person has to talk with someone in Apple Support for another choice, why (try to) schedule/reschedule and appointment online in the first place?
