Apple Health Records in the Health app
I love it because it is super clean ... a rough health patch the last few years I didn’t realize how useful the search feature was until I was trying to find some data from a visit 4 years ago. Piece of cake. ... I'm looking for the app to store my blood test results not limited by glucose level at the moment (blood cholesterol, bilirubin, red/white blood cells etc). I don't live in the US and don't have any medical provider which is a partner with Apple, so I need some kind of a record app to store ... More on reddit.com

Apple is running an entire Ad campaign around “health data should remain private” yet they allow Social Media apps in the App Store to collect health data.
Meta checked lots of boxes for a variety of data types, but that doesn’t mean the app actually collects this data. They’re just covering their butts. For health data specifically, apps need your permission to access any of it, which is granted via a system dialog. Until that happens, an app can’t see your health data, and even then it’s just the specific health data you gave it permission to read or write. More on reddit.com

Apple Health app data as a PDF file useful for Doctors
Check with your doctor to see if they’ll even take into consideration data from your watch. Many doctors won’t and completely dismiss it. More on reddit.com

What do you use to see your health data?
Maybe give Welltory a try. I’ve been pairing it with my Apple Watch and it’s been pretty helpful. It doesn’t just throw numbers at you but actually explains what they mean and offers tips. Like, if it notices I’m stressed, it suggests simple stuff to help me chill out. Doesn't ask for big changes, just small steps to feel better. They also added this AI Coach thing recently, which is kinda cool. You just chat with an AI that knows your health data and can provide advice based on that. I like asking it for summaries/trends of my health over the last day/week and get more details on specific things I notice. More on reddit.com
