- Go to "Add Bluetooth or other device"
- Find the wireless keyboard and hit connect.
- When prompted for a pin, enter anything on the screen, I used "123123". I dont know what else will work. NOW IS THE IMPORTANT PART.
- HIT 'Connect' and IMMEDIATELY enter '123123'+ENTER on the wireless apple keyboard, and you should be paired. '
- If you have issues, turn off bluetooth and restart the wireless keyboard and repeat the process.

I have an Apple keyboard (Model A1243) that I used on my old Windows 10 computer.
I have another Windows 10 computer that I want to use it on.
But when I plug it in, only a few keys work, and they're mapped all wrong - it's totally unusable.
I was going to download Boot Camp drivers, but it seems like it's 500MB+, and I can't even seem to find the right one. And not sure if that's even what I need.

I have searched for
https://magicutilities.net/magic-keyboard/download
whereby I have downloaded a copy of the keyboard and you have to install it. Then go to your Bluetooth settings and connect to the keyboard even if it does not respond to your pin.
So
- Go to this website and download the software for the keyboard and install it
- Redo the Bluetooth connection
- press the pin
- even if it does not respond press connect
This has worked for me.
Hello
I checked out the line you shared. There is an option for Boot Camp Drivers update 2.2.
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL967?viewlocale=en_SG&locale=en_SG
The section has the following disclaimer. Can you advise if this is what will work for me ? I'm using a Windows machine (running Windows 10 Enterprise). I think these drives are meant to be installed on a Mac machine ... Pls do let me know .. thanks!
If you have an Intel-based Mac and thereโs a PC application you need to use, you can run it using Boot Camp. You'll need to provide a copy of Microsoft Windows, but Boot Camp is included in Mac OS X Leopard. Setup is simple and straightforward โ just as youโd expect with a Mac.
This update addresses issues with the Apple trackpad and turns off the red digital audio port LED on laptop computers when it is not being used. It also includes support for the Apple Magic mouse and wireless keyboard. It is intended only for use with Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Vista running on a Mac computer using Boot Camp.
Requirements
- Boot Camp 2.1 must be installed prior to running this update
- For Windows Vista, Windows Vista Service Pack 2 must be installed before running this update.
