I know this question has been asked before but I can’t believe that someone hasn’t at least copied the basics of this. I am on the verge of getting a Mac just for this purpose. I already check my email on the phone because it’s just so much more convenient. But it’s not like they did anything revolutionary. It just compiles all your different emails and updates regularly. I’ve tried windows mail and outlook none of them really do this very basic thing that well.

Are we supposed to guess at what you're even talking about? I mean, I keep re-reading what you wrote, and the only thing that confuses is this part... But it’s not like they did anything revolutionary. It just compiles all your different emails and updates regularly. I can't tell if that's the "basic" thing you are talking about, or if that's your complaint about other email clients, and you expect more. Please clarify. If compiling different email accounts and updating regularly is the basic thing you want, most email clients actually do that. Windows Mail is a bit wimpy, which is why MS is trying to dump it and push the web-based Outlook. I actually use MS 365 Family, which includes the full standalone Outlook client, and have been using it for years. My wife has 7 different emails in her Outlook and they all update instantly. 6 are IMAP accounts through our local ISP, and one is the outlook email account syncing over EAS. She keeps only 3 of them on her iPhone. I just have my one home account.
