Hey there,
Have loaded some money onto my Apple Cash card and am trying to send it to someone for something I bought from them, but when I try to send it to them, the payment fails and the a pop up says "Services Unavailable".
Any ideas? Was running into issues adding money to the card but that was due to the bank declining it. The money is now there but it's not sending. I'm on an iPhone 14 Pro running up to date software. I've rebooted and no luck.
It looks like all of Apple's services are running okay.
Any ideas? I don't want to keep them waiting any longer for payment... Thanks!

I was able to resolve this issue by adding $10 extra to my Apple Cash balance. For example I’m trying to send $100, I only had $100 in Apple Cash. I added $10 so now I have $110 and then I was able to send $100. Just in case anyone cares, I contacted Apple support and this is what they had me try - these steps didn’t work for me but maybe worth a shot. Verify phone is up to date Restart phone If you’re sending money via bank account try loading the money to Apple Cash first. Or vice versa Turn off / remove VPN Try using cellular data or WiFi Remove Apple wallet, then re add your Apple wallet (you will have to sign back into Apple ID) Verify you can send 1$ to someone else Try sending payments in smaller increments Try sending using another device like IPad After that I got annoyed with troubleshooting with Apple support, and because I sent $1 to my wife I now had to add another dollar to send to the person who I was trying to pay. I noticed the smallest increment to add is $10 so I added $11 and tried to send the money again and it worked. I know this is an old post but it’s the first one I saw when trying to research this issue on my own so hopefully this helps the next person that comes along.
