I made some in app purchases a month ago and they’re still pending when I check my purchase history. I contacted apple about it 2 weeks ago and they said to wait it out. How long am I supposed to wait? Has this happened to anyone else and were you able to resolve it?

Apple’s support website only says to request a refund. I can’t request a refund because it isn’t counted as a purchase, but I can’t cancel it either.
I purchased robux for my daughter today and usually my money is instantly taken from my card but my daughter received her robux instantly but no money was taken from my card. The purchase didn't even show up on my card nor do I have a pending for it but in apple purchase history it shows pending.
I thought that people couldn't receive items they purchased if the payment is pending? And doesn't apple suppose to take your money even if pending? It's as if I got robux for free even though it says I paid when no money was removed from my card.
I made in-app purchases in two games. I got the items, but I wasn’t charged—both payments still say “pending.” Has this happened to anyone else? How can I fix it or make sure I’m properly charged so I don’t get in trouble?
I initially bought an item in a game for about $16 which was all fine as the purchase went through and I got my items in game. However I later found out that my bank account was not charged for the item and my app store was saying that I had a "pending payment" of $16. At first I ignored it because free stuff however I then noticed that I was unable to install new apps or even update my old apps as they required me to put in my apple id password (weird since usually one can just use face ID). Following this it proceeds to make me put in my card details (saying I need a confirmed payment method), which when I do, goes back and says that I already have this card connected to my apple id (which i do). I then go and click on my already put in payment method (I have made sure every single digit is the same as on my card multiple times + I have always used this card to pay for things on apple), the app store then proceeds to act like its accepting my payment method, loads a little, even lets the install icon next to the app spin like its about to install/update, and then it asks for my apple ID password again, and then the whole thing repeats endlessly.
I was looking through apple support and found someone who had the same problem as me however the person who replied to them gave no help and just offered the apple support links which did not solve my problem..
please help me..
I see that I have 2 pending purchases waiting. Can I use my Apple Cash to transfer money to my App Store account so it will pay for those 2 pending charges?
Keep in mind it’s not allowing me to use my debit card for those charges and isn’t allowing me to update or download any apps on App Store.
I made a purchase on Amazon using my Apple Card on 1/5/24 but immediately canceled the order. Although Amazon confirmed that I wasn't charged for the canceled order, my Apple Card still reflects the charge after 6 days. Despite reaching out to both Amazon and Goldman Sachs (GS), the issue persists. I've been patiently waiting for the charge to be removed, but it remains on my card balance and transactions.
Is this normal?
Will this purchase ever be removed. Has anyone ever dealt with this?
Hey all, newbie here so I hope this hasn't been covered already, but I've had a bizarre issue. I made a couple of purchases on the Apple store for around $100. I immediately got a pending charge for that amount on my Apple Card. The two items shipped separately and I was charged for each separately but the pending charge will not fall off! It's been nearly a month and I've talked to them twice and they just don't seem to understand what I'm on about. They keep saying it didn't go through and yet it shows as part of my balance now, so it did go through! They also said they would credit me for that amount until it falls off so I don't run into payment problems but the credit never came. It's such a weird thing and weird that they can't seem to solve it.
I guess I'm telling you all this as a suggestion to keep an eye on purchases where they will bill you separately when items ship, it looks like the Apple Card might get a little confused when that happens. I'm interested to see if this gets resolved or if I'll have to talk to them for a third time. :/
So there is this subscription I forgot to cancel, I didn’t have enough money on my debit card so the payment failed. Now apple shows me that I “owe” them 5 bucks and cause of this I legit can’t download any free apps
Recently, out of boredom and make the time more exciting, I made some in-app purchases on a game.
Here’s where the problem starts. They game charged my PayPal, CashApp, and Apple Pay cards. Payment eventually went through with the Apple Pay balance I’d had.
Over the last three days I’d been receiving odd charges of $13.68 to my cards AGAIN. I finally pulled my cards from the App Store for get the pings to end. Though I’m now in a predicament where I can’t download an app even though I’d added a card that’s able to be used back to my account.
I’ve since contacted Apple and am waiting for a call tomorrow. What can I really do from here on out?
