i dont want to wait for sept 9 to see the very unlikely chance airpods pro 3 come out, so if i just buy the pro 2's and if they release the new ones will i be able to refund it and buy the new ones?

I bought AirPods Pro on 4th November, so the return window would have closed 18th November (Last Friday). I noticed Apple will be doing gift cards for Black Friday with AirPods (Up to £75, so probably £50 for AirPods Pro) which hurts having bought them so recently.
But I went to my orders page anyway, clicked "check return eligibility" and it's allowed me to open a return, and says I need to return them by 6th Dec. Will this actually get accepted or is this an extended window for sealed items?
Hi everyone,
I just picked up the airpods from Best Buy and was told that I cannot return if the box is opened due to hygiene. Although I understand this, I was quite surprised because many ppl here have mentioned that you can return.
Wondering if anyone knows if this is the same for Costco. Maybe I should return and buy it at Costco instead?
Thanks!
I have an Apple Card and want to buy some AirPods. Problem is that I don’t know if I will like the way the pros fit.
So I plan to buy the pros and if I don’t like it return them and get the 3s. I will be financing them with my Apple Card. So my real question is when I return them will they take away the transaction off my card?
I never financed anything before so I am new to all of this. If pros are $249 and monthly payment is $20. Will my card show -$249 or -$20 if I choose to finance it?
If you bought your AirPod Pro 3’s through the online Apple Store like me, and find you need to return them, take them to an Apple Store instead of mailing them back.
My 3’s were defective, so I initiated a return online, received a FedEx mailing label, and sent them back. Apple received them on September 25th, but the return has now disappeared from their system, and I’m jumping through hoops trying to get Apple to acknowledge the return and issue a refund.
I think their system has been overwhelmed, and hope that this post will help someone else avoid this issue.
Of course I'm going to wait till after Sep 12th to see if they get refreshed but I'm wary about their fit and comfort over extended periods as well as noise isolation.
Is it possible to purchase a pair at a bricks and mortar store then if they're not for me, return them for a full refund?
In the past I've been able to do it with iPhone cases from one of the main UK stores in London, that I've obviously used and not been happy with, but not sure how it extends when it comes to headphones and such?
Do they like refurbish them or just simply repackage? Or use them as test pairs, bc that’s the only thing that makes sense. Anyone that’s worked at apple know?
Tried them for a week, and while they're nice, they tend to work themselves out of my ears if I'm chewing or talking or even just busting around the house and cleaning.
I'm worried that they won't take them back because they were in my ears.
I bought AirPods from Costco in 2020, and I hardly use them, but while plugging them in and charging them I noticed the left ear bud doesn’t work anymore and the right doesn’t charge . can they be returned ? or is it 90 day policy Only? I still have the box it came in
