Where can I find information about my repairs or AppleCare+ coverage?
Sign in to Apple Support to get information about current or recent repairs and check AppleCare+ coverage for each device associated with your Apple Account.
Is there a service guarantee?
We guarantee our service and replacement parts for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ plan, whichever is longer, as outlined in our Apple Repair Terms and Conditions. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law. Equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
What’s covered under warranty?
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your device and all the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories that are purchased separately, like adapters, cables, wireless chargers and cases, are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law in your country or region.
Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or batteries that wear down from normal use. If your situation isn’t covered and consumer law doesn’t apply, there will be a cost associated with repairs through Apple. If your issue is ineligible for service, you may need to pay the full value for a replacement device.
If you’re not sure what’s covered for your device, you can check your coverage status.
I've tried googling but couldn't find a good answer so please don't jump down my throat! Is the apple store at bayshore mall open? It says online that they are if you make an appointment but when I click on the appointment link it says they aren't taking reservations right now. So is it open to shop or not? Thanks.
I know this sounds like a weird question, but this is out of fear of getting infected. The apple store at Rideau will definitely be crowded (though I haven't been there since the re-opening), so I wanted to know if there's any Apple store that isn't so crowded.
Thank you and stay safe.
Edit: why the downvotes? I said nothing offensive whatsoever.
