Where can I find information about my repairs or AppleCare+ coverage?
Sign in to Apple Support to get information about current or recent repairs and check AppleCare+ coverage for each device associated with your Apple Account.
What’s covered under warranty?
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your device and all the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories that are purchased separately, like adapters, cables, wireless chargers and cases, are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law in your country or region.
Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or batteries that wear down from normal use. If your situation isn’t covered and consumer law doesn’t apply, there will be a cost associated with repairs through Apple. If your issue is ineligible for service, you may need to pay the full value for a replacement device.
If you’re not sure what’s covered for your device, you can check your coverage status.
Is there a service guarantee?
We guarantee our service and replacement parts for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ plan, whichever is longer, as outlined in our Apple Repair Terms and Conditions. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law. Equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
I'm wondering if anyone here has had the same experience at the Apple store Chinook. I've been there quite a few times and every time I've been there the staff are SO rude and snotty. They always act like they have no time for you even if they are standing around chatting. I had an appointment today and said Hello to one of the people working there and she immediately snapped, "JUST GIVE ME A MINUTE, OKAY?". I just don't understand what their problem is. Another time when I was picking up my computer up from repair I asked the person what I could do to prevent the issue from happening again, he said there was no reason it happened. Is this an Apple store thing? Most of the people working in the other shops in Chinook seem really friendly and helpful.
