My 14 pro max express replacement order due to damage was made on Oct 22. Apple does not have any 14s available. There is no updates on when they will have them.
Ok, last time this occurred during Covid Apple called me and told me they were sending me a different model to make sure I didn’t have to wait until whenever they happened to get my model in stock.
This time I’ve had SIX chats and EIGHT calls, calls taking 45 minutes to an hour each. Nothing. Tough life is what I’m essentially hearing and refusal to do anything but tell me to keep calling back each day.
My repair status has NOTHING noted except that I submitted my express replacement request three weeks ago.
I don’t want a “better phone” I want a phone.
What in the hell has happened to Apple? The shortage is an Apple problem not a customer problem.
Not only I am dropping all my Apple Care coverage, 8 Apple products currently, I am actually contemplating exiting Apple ecosystem after 20 years.
I’ve heard that taking it to a store might be faster?
