Hello, I bought the Apple TV 4K device yesterday, but it didn't show up to redeem the 3 months Can someone give me some light on how to do this?
This seems crazy to me that it just loads right into a different option with no side access to get the 3 months for free

Does it start the three months when you activate the free trial or does the clock on the free trial start when you bought the phone?
So apparently I’m not sure if this a over sight but if you use the Best Buy app, you can buy the free 3 months of Apple TV (free obviously) and it seems you can do this every time the trial ends.
I must say I'm actually very pleased at the great content produced my apple. There are currently 3 shows I started. By contrast last year, amazon Prime offered only 30 days for a free trial
A month ago I bought a brand new iPhone 15 Plus and I was expecting to see my 3 months Apple TV+ free trial. It didn't happen!
Last week I bought a new Apple TV 4K 3rd gen. I was expecting to get my 3 months free trial for Apple TV+. It didn't happen.
Last October I bought an iPad 10 and got those 3 months for free Apple TV+.
Is there a limit on how many times you allowed 3 months free viewing? Like a calendar year or something?

So I recently bought a Mac and have a Apple TV on the way.
Is the "3 months free Apple TV subscription" per device ? Meaning I get 3 months + 3 months or is it per Apple account ?
Got myself a £1500 11 pro M4 and came with an apparent 3 months free subscriptions for a number of Apple services. I activated TV and music to try and compare with my current Amazon Prime and after a month i said I should preemptively cancel as to not pay forever if i’m not using it (i did that with other suppliers, payed internet contract for a flat i used to rent 2 years after i left). To my surprise services did not continue until the end of free subscription but got cut off immediately and can’t be reactivated for the rest of the 3 months
Found some reports about similar, apparently for 3 free moths you must cancel the last day of the period. Sounds a tad evil, the other suppliers on Apple store seem to keep true their promise

I'm a new Apple TV user. Yesterday, I bought a Samsung S90D 48" TV and wanted to redeem the advertised 3-month free trial of the Apple TV subscription. I created an account using the QR code displayed on the TV, but I only received a 7-day free trial instead of the 3 months.
Did I do something wrong? Does the 3-month trial activate after the first subscription payment, or is there another step I need to follow?

So I got my ipad 9th gen along with it I got 3 months of free Apple tv + and an architect app when which shows it expires after 3 months and getting the option as 'accept offer'. So my confusion is the expiry date will be counted from the day of device start day or from the day when I accept the offer? It says it will expire on 7th Jan 2024. what if I accept the offer on 5th Jan 2024, will i get 3 months free after 5th Jan or on 7th Jan it will get expired anyhow even if I haven't accepted/used the service? Thanks
Apple TV+ is providing it's content for free from Jan 3-5. The release states you must have an apple ID to participate, and it is free on any device where Apple TV+ is available.
Obviously, they'll want to get you hooked and pay the $9.99 monthly subscription fee. But if there's a show you want to binge in a weekend, there's no obligation to subscribe.

My new iPad shows 3 month free trial in settings, but when I click it, TV app opens and offers me 7 days. Is there a way to get 3 months?
One of my family members bought a new macbook pro and I was assuming you get 3 months free of apple tv plus with it. It wasn’t included in the box though. Did apple stop giving 3 months free with new products?
You should get emailed by apple shortly after logging in to the new device for the first time with your apple ID
However I belive this particular offer is only available for those who haven't previously subbed or redeemed a free offer, so presumably you don't get sent the email if that's the case. Or use a new email/apple ID to log in for the first time.
It shows up on the device in the TV app for me if you are using an AppleID that has not used a free trial before. I have an Apple One sub but I have an iPhone and iPad I use for beta releases that get factory reset from time to time and I make fresh AppleID's on them.
I bought a MacBook Air M2 and I think I'm eligible to claim this offer, but It's nowhere to be found. I opened the TV app on my mac but nothing shows up. I've never claimed an Apple TV+ offer before.
The only offer related to buying a product I've ever claimed was free apple music like 2 years ago.
