I'm sure there's some place that has this information stored, but I can't figure out what the login and password is so I can also log into the service on my computer. It did not ask me to enter a password when I signed up, so I'm guessing that I stored the information somewhere in there. (It's not using my Apple ID - I already tried that.)

If you signed up in the TV app, then it should be in the TV app on your computer (which should be in the same ID). What service did you sign up for? Did you sign up in that unnamed service's app or in the TV app. It's not using my Apple ID - I already tried that. What is IT?

I keep getting this pop up on my Apple TV. We are already signed in and even if we click settings, it kind of crashes after trying to load settings and just brings us back to this notification.
