Is there a web browser app for apple tv?

I saw on the internet that apple doesn't allow it but that doesn't make any sense to me. If LG OS has it, I expect apple tv to have it as well, at least 20x times better app.

After weeks of seeing this on my relative's Chromecast TV, I only just NOW suddenly had this change forced on my when I was on the YouTube app on my Apple TV on the latter half of today. I don't know what they were thinking with this but it really messes up my muscle memory when it comes to navigating videos on it using the original Siri Remote. I legit had to try to relearn and adapt the placements of all the icons and where they are as it messes up how I had to scrub through the BS while watching it and as I begin to watch it.

Heck, it's even gotten to the point where I've mistakenly Liked and Disliked videos that I didn't intend to hit because my muscle memory was so used to swiping to quickly scrub to a part of the video, it's gotten that annoying rather quickly. It would've been better had they switch the placements of the UI around to where it matched how it was prior but as it is now, it kinda makes it more convoluted here for me.

I recently switched from a Fire TV to an Apple TV and I'm very happy with it except for one issue. On the Fire TV, there is a browser where I could watch videos that played on websites. However, the Apple TV doesn't have a browser, so l'm not sure how I could replicate this experience on the Apple TV. I prefer the Apple TV to the Fire TV but the fact that the Apple TV doesn't have a browser is disappointing to me. Any ideas on how I could play videos on the web on Apple TV? Thank you.
