I'm using iPhone 13, and my iOS version is 16.5.1. On my phone, if I double-click on the side button for the confirmation of the apple pay/install app, it does not work.
All other things are working properly; if I hold the button, it will open Siri/power off. Only the double-click feature is not working. Is it a software problem, or anybody knows how can I resolve this issue?
Upgraded to the iPhone 16 pro and now when I double tap the side button it doesn’t open my wallet.
I’ve checked all the settings relating to it and they’re all on as well as restarting my phone several times. It’s a minor inconvenience at best but nevertheless it works fine on my 13 pro running the same OS.
My iphone 15 plus just came in the mail and I'm setting it up. I know you can open the wallet by double clicking the button on the right, but is there a way to open it by sliding a certain part of the screen in a certain way? I could have sword I did it by accident earlier and I completely forgot how, is double clicking the side button the only way?
So I read some things that the Wallet is not working properly.
I have the 17 Pro Max now nearly a week and I cant use the double klick shortcut for wallet. When I manually open it, no problem. All cards are working, some tickets for cinema or concerts are also in my wallet. I can switch between them and use them all, Apple Pay is working properly. The thing that does NOT work is the double klick shortcut! What the hell
I checked the setting, turned it off and then on for the double klick. My iOs is on the latest version, I restarted the phone, but it is still not working even though like I said the application and Apple Pay are working. Has somebody some information on this?
