Quick fix: reboot both the phone and the watch If the issue is not solved, you’ll have to unpair and re-pair the watch, make sure your backup is okay beforehand. If all the above failed to solve the issue, then the culprit must be hardware, mainly the battery. Battery heath is just an approximation, not always reliable, a calculated number that can get stuck or show the wrong value, so it may not tell you if something is really wrong with the battery.
