Got a midnight 2nd gen Apple Watch SE for $200 at Target around Black Friday. Already loving it way more than my previous smartwatch (CMF Watch Pro) and so many more useful features. I’m really happy it came with a Velcro sport loop band instead of the regular rubber watch bands, very comfy indeed.

Great! Glad you like it. Now, if you have not done so already, please do yourself a favor and put a thin film screen protector on it so the screen doesn’t get all scratched up. I use LK brand, sold on Amazon for about $10/6-pack and they have worked well for me (and many many others on this subreddit) for many years.

Is the Apple Watch SE 2nd generation a good apple watch for first time owners of an apple watch?! I'm seriously thinking of getting one for my birthday present! I'm getting the 44mm size one w/cellular on it. Is the cellular version worth the extra money? I would have to pay USD $10.00 per month on my data plan to have LTE on it! Thanks

Yes, it’ll be a fine first watch for you. It doesn’t have an always on screen, but thats kind of a battery hog anyway. Ues, again, the cellular is worth it if you like to leave your house without your phone.
