I heard that there are 2 options when you get an apple watch and that both have an internal Esim
A. GPS only ( which means the watch does not have its own number. ) It is slaved off of the SIM in your phone. So you must have your phone with you to receive calls and texts
B. GPS and CELLULAR where you don't have to have your phone on you to receive calls and texts on the apple watch.
So my question is regarding the second one the CELLULAR version

Does the apple watch with cellular option have its own cell phone number or is it always the same one as your phone even though you dont have to carry your phone around?

What if i was on vacation with my wife and i gave her my apple 6 series IPHONE with cellular and she wanted to reach me by phone on my apple watch. Would she be able to do it or must my apple watch have a different phone number?
I mean, 2023 almost end, series 9 is released already. But that's all I can afford right now.
I just diagnosed with a heart condition (currently medicated and doing really good, but) I think I need the health feature such as ECG, blood oxygen and stuff. Are they pretty accurate?
I don't mind the design. As long as it does it jobs and won't be broken or being extremely outdated for the next 3 years (would love 5 years but well that's good enough).
How is your experience as Apple Watch user with chronic illness or heart condition?
Thank you!
