Does Apple livestream their WWDC dev sessions (not Keynote)? Or do they typically release the session videos to the public sometime after the conference?

I know Apple used to release their session videos to the public the week after WWDC ended. Is that still the case, or are the sessions live streamed, and instantly available?
To be clear, I'm NOT asking about the Keynote, or Platforms State of the Union. I'm just asking about the sessions.
Thanks!
