Last I checked, the credit card for Staples was completely discontinued? Are you living in the past right now? Just use Affirm to apply for payments instead. It's easy.

Aw man that’s too bad. When I was with the company I got quite a few computers that way. Was one of the better perks for sure. Doesn’t cost them a damn thing to run the program. That is definitely a slap in the face. Glad I left that shithole.

The card I had was deactivated for non-use. It was a personal account, and I only used it once for a transaction when I first signed up for the credit card. They cancelled it without warning, after maybe 1 and 1/2 years of inactivity. More on reddit.com

February 2, 2022Incorrect method of payment on receipt and was given a store credit instead of refund back to credit card — how does that happen?
did you pay with apple pay? edit to add- the reason i ask is because if you use apple pay, it'll have a different 4 digit code for each device and each method of payment. ex: your card ends in 1234 that card in your apple wallet on your phone ends with 5678 that card in your apple wallet on your watch ends with 9101 it'll still go through the same payment method, etc, show up in your bank account like you used the right card, but that return needs to be done using "that method of payment". so, if you used your phone/watch, you'd need to tap it to the card reader for the return again. however idk, womp womp. this is mostly for employees to bitch at. staples us customer service: 800-333-3330 More on reddit.com
