I was about to settle on the Samsung 800c soundbar, but just found a “certified ebay” refurbished 900c for $150 less than the “ woot” sale price of $617 on sale for next few days. It comes with a 2 year warranty, says its factory refurbished from a seller with 100% positive feedback, who does accept returns within 30 days. How’s anyones luck with factory refurbished items like this? thanks✌🏻
So for my birthday I’m thinking of getting these with my birthday money..
To buy them brand new it would cost like 900$ and these only come to about 590$ or so, I know there refurbished, but don’t know good of the quality will it be?
Sound as good as brand new ones or very similar?
Or will I be disappointed?
Please let me know your thoughts!
Remember price is CANADIAN
I see a refurbished Samsung HW-Q990D on Amazon for $1,099, which is a $600 savings from the new new version. Does anyone have experience in purchasing a refurbished product like this? Any thoughts otherwise?
Been looking for a decent soundbar for tv shows, occasional video game or movie. I'm not an audiophile or movie buff and don't want to spend more than $300. Have a Sony 75XL90 that I bought refurb'd from Microcenter for $699 a month ago and it's been great and the speakers in it are surprisingly decent but definitely want something a little better.
I saw great reviews online for the $200 Vizio 5.1 setup that Target is selling so I bought it and it sounded poor and after a couple of days the bluetooth subwoofer stopped connecting, so I returned it.
Almost bit the bullet on the Sony HT-A5000 when costco had it on sale but didn't. This morning, I decided to look on amazon and I found one listed as Amazon Renewed but sold by a third-party seller and it is listed as "Renewed - Acceptable". I think that likely means used, with some scratches. $199 and I have 90 days to return it, so I figured what the heck.
How screwed am I?
