Does anyone know roughly what date expensive stuff like the ps5 went on sale last year for black Friday? Don't know if it'll be going on sale again this year or not so if anyone's got any idea would be great :)
Hey guys, sorry if this isn’t allowed but I was just wondering if Argos does seperate deals for cyber Monday/ any further discounts? There’s a good deal on at the moment for one of the items I want on Black Friday but not sure if I should wait for cyber Monday?
If the item says price promise then it won’t go down in price before Christmas. As for cyber Monday, I don’t think we do this as Black Friday lasts the entire month of November. I would say buy it now whilst it’s down as it’s highly unlikely to go down again, however if it does before Jan 30 take it into a store for a price difference refund.
Black Friday deals finish next week but I'm don't think they are launching any new deals in the next week
I recently purchased an ASUS ROG Ally online during the BF sales for £399.99 from Argos for collection at my local Sainsburys.
Yesterday I get an email/text that my order is cancelled because of stock constraints. However checking Argos’ website it’s available for delivery and collection at full price (£599.99) so don’t understand why it was cancelled in the first place.
My question is, if I go to a store and speak to them about this will they honour the discounted price and I can re-purchase?
I guess it would be ultimately down to the stores discretion but if it was me then I would override the price for you!
So to give you a update there's a problem with the severs at the moment if there is 1 item left in stock it will let 2 people buy the same item and it will keep one cancelling the other one obviously this is dependant on the stock availability if you can show you already paid for it and its been cancelled. Ask for a manager and they should be able to price honour it to the reserved price under customer satisfaction
