We have the kipton sectional deep seat. We got it from the loft for half the price ($3,000 or so). We love it. We have it for 4 years now (2020 purchase) and it has held well against coffee, crayon, food and even urine stains. We also have multiple obese people in our families who visit and they have commented many times how comfortable and relaxing the couch is. We also have cats who don't scratch furniture (but have definitely dug their claws into it) and you wouldn't have known. I've slept on this couch many many many times and you wouldn't even notice a dent. The construction of the seats is a thick padding of foam (probably about 3 inches with at at least 2 inches of down on both sides. The down is luxurious. We went with this because even purchasing it new it was a fraction of the cost of the RH cloud sofa, and it needs way way way way less fluffing and care and the seats don't wrinkle or dip at all. Would I buy this couch at its full price of $6,000+? Yes. Especially upon hearing that my friends paid that much for a love sac couch (that you have to assemble yourself!). The only mitling worry with the couch, which doesn't affect its quality, is that if you prefer to be seated straight up - like you have lower back problems or a bunch of old people in your life - they can't sit straight in the deep seated couch. The deep seated couch is absolutely made for lounging and having your feet drawn up onto the cushions. If you prefer to sit straight, def consider the regular seated couch instead. I love this couch and consider it my top favorite purchase ever. If you have an Arhaus loft near you, it could be an insane cost savings to simply purchase it from there because the wear on these couches is so so so minimal you'd have a hard time noticing any at all. Aurhaus story: my wife and I went there, brought our room and stair case measurements, was told by the sales person it will fit up the stair case, but if it didn’t we could bring it back. Well it got delivered and didn’t fit. They refused to take it back. Luckily my wife has been texting with the sales person and had that statement of taking it back in black and white, so to speak. The manager still did not want to take it back. I was told that “she (sales woman) does not work here anymore and that is not our policy.” I told her I don’t give a rip if she doesn’t work there, your poor training of your sales person should not be my problem.I had to pull a Karen and talk to the managers boss. Then we got our money back. And my wife rubbed it in her face, letting her know this was our first home and we are furnishing pretty much our whole house. Then two different sales people called my wife with one of them telling her we shouldn’t judge the whole store by one sales person. F Aurhaus. I wouldn’t by a used piece of toilet paper from them. Arhaus is a quality retailer. I have the Pavo couch. We have had it for 1.5 year and it’s like we got it yesterday. We also have a bed, side tables and maybe a few other things. Everything has held up, both quality and style. We will continue to shop there. Negative reviews I have seen are regarding customer service. I had great customer in Chicago so I think it’s super dependent on the store. More on reddit.com

I bought an Ethan Allen leather couch about 5 years ago and it’s the best furniture purchase I ever made. It’s in perfect condition even now with years of use and abuse from dogs. So comfortable and well made. I’ve never owned a Lovesac, but they have a really interesting sound system built in and they now have wireless charging built in. The ability to change the couch over time is also really cool. Definitely something I’m interested in for the future. More on reddit.com
