November 24, 2024 - Associates are given 2 half days of training before they are launched into having to manage 3 live chats at the same time. Employees are heavily tracked by the company and have an expectation to meet the strict interactions/sales per hour quotas. In order to keep things moving Aritzia has a policy where if the customer doesn’t respond in live chat within 2 minutes (every time) they will close the chat due to being inactive.

"I purchased jeans from Aritzia with a gift card (because of their stupid return policy) and it was marked as delivered. I went outside and found nothing, I waited a few hours and still nothing." ...

I strongly advise against purchasing from Aritzia online. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. I made two phone calls and waited over an hour each time--no one ever answered. I also tried using the online chat feature, but received no response.
