It’s so wrinkly and un-puffy. I’ve tried puffing it up in the dryer and wearing it out a couple times but it’s not getting better.
I also realized that holding it up to the light it’s very translucent.
Is it just me being picky or is this actually defective??

Just recently purchased a long one and I’m super disappointed, there’s not enough fill in the coat to make it look like a coat . It literally looks like a long sheet on So now trying to deal with concierge about this

Hi, I'm deciding between getting a Super Puff climate or an O2 version. Context: I live in London (UK), and it is well known for rainy days. Also, I will be using this jacket in the French Alps in January. The reason I am contemplating between these two is that the CliMATE has more colours, while the O2 has limited colour options, plus the price. I am wondering if anyone in London wears a Super Puff Climate and thinks it is enough for the weather, or if O2 is the go-to option.
I am petite, about 157 cm and bust size of 36C, so I am wondering if size S would be too tight for me. I am looking for a just-nice fit, and not something too loose, definitely not oversized. It would be great if you could provide me with information on the fit for you, and the series of super puff you have.

I have both the Climate version and the the o2 version. In my experience, the climate version does not handle much when it comes to precipitation. You can see it soaking through the jacket when it's raining or heavy wet snow. I have the Climate version in the super puff shorty (black) that I got last year. I really wanted an o2 and a long version for this year. I wanted it in rich mocha brown though and the o2 didn't come in that color. I ended up getting the supersnug long version in the rich mocha brown because I love that color and the jacket is so flattering in the supersnug long length. I also ended up buying the supersnug puffo2 in mid length in black during the sale. They both are so nice and serve different functions. I love the super puffs and I think they are a decent price compared to some other brands for similar quality. I did test the o2 out by running it under the sink and it IS very waterproof! The jacket had little beads of wetness that dissipated almost immediately. I was very impressed. I have all 3 jackets in size small for reference. I am 5'6", 35" bust, 28" waist, 38" hips. I hope that helps!

Tried on the regular rich mocha brown super puff in Soho yesterday and loved it! I believe this is the shortie but I’m a shortie myself (5ft) so it actually went a little past my butt. Also, I’m usually between a M and S depending on sizing but with the Super Puff I sized down to a S and it fit perfectly!! Edit: it’s actually the regular length!! Not a shortie.
