For the base game one I think that can only be changed via the dev kit(so like making a mod for it) but if S+(ASE) or any of the S+ ports(ASA) have the personal station you could craft still you can change that one in the ini.(I've confirmed this by changing the S+ grinder Ab Gem recipe before) More on reddit.com

Hey, i was wondering if there is a mod out there that lets me and my friends on out server Craft Element the way you do it in Abberation. I still want it to be a challenge, but not farm the Boss or Tek Dinos.
Is there a mod out there that allows crafting of Element but still keeps it difficult?

I’m pretty sure the mod Simple Spawners allows you to place those charge nodes you find on Aberration.

I am aware that you can change the crafting requirements through the INI file, but I was curious to know if you could do it for element on Aberration. I just don’t want to have the charge battery requirement. I’m on solo player and that part of it is just more than I’d like to do.
