It's insane how much difference there is. I have had the TUF F15 for about a year and a half now, and for the past six months or so, I have been noticing problems with cooling, or so I thought. It runs fans on full speed on idle and sometimes freezes during browser sessions. It boots slowly for NVMe SSD (10+ seconds from password screen to full boot). I didn't really try to fix this. I thought it was just a combination of inadequate cooling and old, bloated windows, so I just reapplied thermal paste, then bought the most expensive paste I could find in the local computer store and applied it. It helped a little, but a problem remains. And then a few days ago I saw a post about the Armoury Crate Christmas update. Of course I immediately delete Crate and install G-Helper from recommendations in the comments. And holy f***, there is a big difference. All problems are gone. Instantly. No more fans spin up, boots in 2 seconds, no freezes. Don't use Armoury Crate, it's absolutely terrible.

Armoury Crate listens in on the same ports as some of my multiplayer games, such as Terraria, and that somehow makes multiplayer impossible. Ive tried to work around this, buts its been nearly 2 months now and I'm just done, so ive been trying to uninstall it. I clicked "uninstall" but for some reason its not truly uninstalled. i can still see the god forsaken program, how the HELL do I COMPLETELY RID my laptop of it? I'm new to the world of computers, this is my first one, but damn, I feel like I should have just stick to my Xbox if this is what its like, waaaayyyy too complicated, I have no idea what I'm doing.
