2 likely possibilities: You might have to download the Army DOD certificates listed on another comment or drivers or some combination of troubleshooting as we've all had to do since the beginning. You may have been migrated to the new 365 email without your knowledge, and they may have deactivated your mail.mil. To check this, go to Microsoft office 365 login ( https://www.office.com/ ) and input your normal email but replace @mail.mil with @army.mil (first.MI.last# [email protected] ). It should take you to a dod login page where you can select to login with your CAC. If it let's you log in, you should be good to go as it should be set up to auto forward your mail.mil to the new one. If it gives you an error, then you may have to contact your readiness or someone at your unit. More on reddit.com
